Short history.

The founder of school is Alexander Kisten, a former officer of special division of KGB "ALPHA", the veteran of war in Afghanistan, since 1996 till 2001 vice-president of the international federation of Russian Martial art.

In KGB "ALPHA" special division has been generated the new fighting system which was based on practical experience of operations of special troops. All the best, from fighting experience has been generated in a certain system. It allows not only to prepare soldiers quickly and effectively, but to carry out tasks in modern wars and conflicts.

Since 1996, being the vice-president of the International Federation of Russian Martial art, A.Kisten was the first who conducted trainings for civilians. And a bit later, was opened the first section in Military Academy of Belarus. A large quantity of people came to be engaged to section. Around the city were conducted a number of demonstration performances, demonstrations on television, articles in newspapers and magazines.

Was also created the group of initial preparation and perfection; headed by the instructor-methodologist P.Lyogky. During this time were conducted lots of seminars and demonstration performances. The best pupils took part in the International All-Russia Festival of Russian Martial art which had been organized by A.Retjunsky in St.-Petersburg. The team from Belarus under the direction of A.Kisten has shown high professionalism.  

Since 2002 the follower of the given direction is V.Luhvich. Being high-ranged trainer, he formed new section of the higher level of preparation. Already, being sambo-wrestling master, and the high qualified expert, he tries to keep these principles and bases which are used in the Special Forces.

The school purpose - effective self-defense in the conditions of the limited space (public  transport, office) against one or group of the armed opponents (within the limits of legislation of RB).

Tactics in stressful or conflict situation in places of a mass congestion of people (a supermarket, office, street etc.):

4. Quick reacting in case of a sudden and aggressive attack of the opponent.

5. Mastering by the initiative of hand-to-hand fight and management opponent

6. Deducing of the opponent from balance.

7. Deduction of the opponent by means of painful influence and convoying

Given tactics allows to cope with aggressive opponent, without breaking thus laws of RB that by itself allows to avoid a criminal liability.

At our school we specially train a person to behave reasonably in a conflict situation to resolve a conflict and gain advantage.

вIn the training process 5 distances are used:

1. Long, a distance of a pistol shot (somersaults, falling, rifts, and use of special acrobatics).

2. Middle, a distance of stick and draught attack.

3. Close, a distance of blowing with feet, hands and a knife.

4.  A distance of throwing, convoying, ankle trip, back heel, etc.

5. Work on the ground, struggle lying, painful, deduction, suffocations etc.

Training process is constructed in such a manner that a person passes all 5 distances every training, mastering this complex preparation that sooner or later will allow him to resist effectively in any stage of an attack.
